The Audience Engagement Officers are responsible for providing a high level of customer service at CPAC handling enquires via phone, email and in person, building positive relationships with a diverse group of visitors and stakeholders. This role provides an exciting and ever-changing work life in a busy, creative environment. The role includes ticketing and Box Office management, administration, retail, event delivery and support, plus interaction with in-house restaurant Bellbird Dining & Bar.


A passion for customer service is essential and an interest in the arts is desirable.


Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience and competencies of the successful applicant.
